The Practice
Our client is a leading Cardiologist located in stunning Hawthorn. With a growing patient base and an outstanding reputation for excellence in all that they do, 2023 has got off to a fabulous start and is expected to continue to flourish.  Led by a committed and supportive Practice Manager, it’s a great time to join this practice in a temporary assignment to lend a much needed extra pair of admin/reception hands!

The Role
The Medical Receptionist assignment is an important front of house position.  It’s ‘that’ role that holds the key to first impressions and sets the tone for positive patient interaction.  In a specialist practice there are a variety of duties, from meeting and greeting patients, to liaising with Medicare and Health Funds.  There are patient records to enter and update, billing and receipting for consults, as well responding to patient enquiries and questions. This assignment will see you engaged in a range of patient facing duties – a time to shine.

The Assignment

• With an immediate start desirable, you will enjoy a four week assignment with the potential for extension or even the prospect of being offered a permanent position. 
• Monday – Friday (no weekends or public holidays) – 8.30/9.00am start and 5.00/5.30pm finish daily (depending on consulting times for the Cardiologist)
• $35.00 p/h + Super
