Shift Supervisor & Assistant Manager

At Domino’s, our store management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores, including the training and coaching of team members, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, creating business strategies to attract new customers, preparing detailed sales reports and monitoring inventory levels. 

Store Managers must have excellent organisational and communication skills, have strong leadership and customer management abilities, be outstanding coaches and trainers, and most importantly – have a great attitude.

Store management responsibilities:

• Prepare the store & setting up of equipment prior to opening hours
• Dough making & food preparation
• Managing the store during a shift & working hard alongside fellow team members in fast-paced conditions
• Following safety and security procedures
• Ensuring food safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & maintenance
• Ensuring stock is put away & labelled correctly with some heavy lifting of items required 
• Packing the store up ready to close, ensuring everything is clean & tidy. Finalise and report on the day after the store closing hours

Suitable applicants must be available for shifts between the hours of 2pm-10pm daily, including Saturday & Sundays.

We are open 4pm-9pm, 364 days of the year, including all public holidays. (closed Xmas day only). There is NO morning work before 1pm available at this store. 

Our busiest days are Friday & Saturday’s so regular weekend work will be required.

Hours of work can be discussed & negotiated with successful applicants.

After a short probationary period, wage increases and bonus payments will be discussed for high performance in key operational indicators.
