What is unique about you?

You are an exceptionally skilled financial administrator, who is comfortable with all aspects of financial services including cash flow management, monthly financials, and analysis. You pride yourself on your ability to grasp new systems like a pro and you are experienced in being the first point of contact for IT issues. With experience in being a manager, you understand the importance of looking after your employees and crafting a workplace and team that is supportive and inclusive. You are smart, dynamic, proactive, and independent which in turn has allowed you to become skilled in overseeing multiple tasks at once. You use your expert organisational skills to stay on top of a multitude of requests and duties. You are passionate about finance/accounts, enjoying the beauty of analysing and constructing facts and figures whilst also utilising your strong administration experience to be across the office management and complete every task to perfection.

A snapshot of your role….   

  • Assist with accounts payable including preparing invoices and reimbursements and processing foreign currency payments and cash flows     
  • Prepare monthly and annual financials and ATO documents including lodgements, renewals and budgeting while also creating reports to present to the executive board   
  • Organise onboarding of new staff, overseeing payroll and supporting the team with tasks as required   
  • Support the installation of new software, lodging IT tickets and troubleshooting IT issues, training new staff on software
  • Ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the office, streamline processes where possible and strive to get everything running seamlessly
