Job Description
Newly created internal recruitment position now available for Talent Acquisition professional with significant automotive trades recruitment experience. This is a true partnership role and will work with our business leaders to attract/source exceptional candidates and build talent pipelines for our future requirements. As our function enters an exciting chapter of redesign, we are positioning ourselves to build the workforce of the future and navigate market conditions. Joining a team of 10 internal recruitment specialists, where no two days are the same, we offer the ability to get creative, bounce ideas and share your expertise, while accessing technology and resources, to enable success.
About the role
Forming part of the Motoring & Home ServicesTalent Partner team, you will be working closely with leaders to fill several vacancies in the Perth metro area. Focused on introducing Mechanics (Workshop and Mobile Mechanics), Vehicle Detailer/Driver,Centre Development Managersand Service advisor roles, to the next best step in their careers. You will be tasked with running the annual Apprentices Intake Program and working on our auto Services growth project – supporting the opening of new Auto Service Centres.
What are welooking for?
Proven experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function with a focus on blue collar
Significant experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations
A natural ability to build rapport, consult and influence as required
Strong understanding of best practise ‘end to end’ recruitment principles (including experience in arranging medicals & validating trade qualifications)
Proven record of accomplishment in talent pool, within the current market conditions including proactive resourcing
A positive, motivated, collaborative, and flexible approach
Someone who thrives in producingnew ideas and ways to attract and retaingreat talent
Ability to immerse yourself within the industry and understand what makes great talent tick
Experience in using Workday Recruiter,LinkedIn Recruiter & LinkedIn Talent Insights will be high regarded (but not essential)
