Role Summary
Working with the Associate Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives. Works individually or with a team on various marketing activities which may include advertising, market research, product marketing, e-commerce marketing, direct marketing and/or communications. May also work on developing marketing forecasts, estimating costs, preparing pricing studies, and/or managing program/project budgets. Continuously improve campaign performance and marketing KPIs across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Devising and executing marketing strategy, and campaign plans, to meet the product portfolio’s local and international MQL and sales goals Collaborating, and developing strong working relationship, with Commercial, Product and Sales to ensure successful execution of marketing and campaign plan Creating and managing a partner program marketing (sell through and sell with the Big 4) including the messages and assets required for successful selling with our Big 4 partners Working closely with the business, identify and execute sector focused campaigns and account-based marketing campaigns for specific, high-value target prospects and conduct sub-segmentation analysis around persona needs and buying preferences Driving thought leadership strategy and delivering of Content Marketing program via blogs, ebooks, webinars, eDM newsletters and live events Delivering and maintaining marketing assets that build knowledge, engagement, and competitive differentiation across the customer journey. As the Senior Marketing Specialist you will be managing and engaging various association partnerships and 3rd party advertising channels Partnering with Digital Marketing Manager, regarding website optimisation, social media advertising, and SEM campaigns Creating and sending regular email marketing program and engaging external vendors, like the graphic designer, to execute on marketing plans Managing all marketing-related data for Enterprise Software including, but not limited to list segmentation, lead management and allocation As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be representing marketing in the multidisciplinary Enterprise Software leadership group to ensure brand, product, brand and financial objectives are met About You:
Minimum 8 years as a generalist marketing and communications professional with an Account-based marketing experience is essential Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced copy writing experience is critical for the role Demonstrated ability to manage several projects concurrently, with excellent time management and organizational skills alongside managing multiple stakeholders, with competing priorities, across the business Action-orientated approach to work and always quick to respond and taking initiative A strong understand of product marketing best practice Advanced working knowledge of SFDC, GoToWebinar, and ideally Pardot Our Values
