Job Description

What’s the role?

  • Work within Newsamp (NCA’s advertising integration team) and broader sales teams to generate client revenue, leveraging assets from across NCA’s portfolio that deliver on clients’ business objectives and priorities
  • Work alongside the senior strategy team to deliver on and grow national integrated revenue budgets 
  • Help create and facilitate client workshops, guiding strategic conversations and extracting opportunities for NCA to
  • solve client marketing challenges.
  • Develop strategic thinking and deliver winning brief responses across a range of budgets and complexity.

Who are you?

  • Experience generating and distilling insights, developing strategic thinking, and creating single minded ideas.
  • You love the feeling of nailing a guiding insight and thrive in galvanising a team around a great communications idea that delivers real outcomes for your clients.
  • Steward internal processes to drive revenue-generating solutions
  • Experience in client and category business planning to support sales, as well as successful market pitching, with an understanding of what’s required to win client business
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with internal and external client and agency stakeholders to help drive revenue growth
  • Influencing capability and strong ability to collaborate and negotiate while maintaining a respectful approach.
