About the Opportunity:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, and sourcing new accounts for expansion.
 
To succeed in this role, you must develop a strong understanding of the assistive mobility and rehabilitation market. You will utilise effective account-based plans that reflect the company’s channel strategy. You will need to build strong customer relationships within designated market segments, including mobility product providers, Hospitals, and private practices, and strategically identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for account management, including regular communication, assessment, and reporting, as well as providing technical sales support for our client’s products.
 
Overall, your success as a Sales Account Manager will depend on your ability to understand and navigate the complex landscape of the market, as well as your ability to develop and implement effective account-based plans that drive growth and profitability. If you have a background in sales or are a recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a commercially driven role, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
 
 

Proven Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated individual with proven sales background (medical device experience highly regarded)
  • Alternatively, new graduate with desirable commercial and character attributes or background as Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to develop account-based plans reflecting our client’s channel strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Territory-based sales experience
  • Australian Driver’s License required
