Your new role

  • Lead and mentor a team of successful Account Managers to sell Cleanaway’s services
  • Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Sales Planning process
  • Reporting – opportunity pipeline, competitor activity and market intelligence
  • Achieve business metrics through effective negotiations with current customers
  • Meet individual sales revenue targets and KPIs
  • Prospect new clients and retain existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize cross selling opportunities
  • Bring innovation and enthusiasm to the role
  • Communicating organisational and strategic goals and objectives into workable sales plans
  • Manage the team’s opportunity pipeline

Skills and experience

  • Ability to manage and retain business with a well-honed commercial acumen
  • Work well under pressure, find opportunity and drive business
  • Solid knowledge of the health care market and waste management industry
  • Expertise and understanding of sales, tendering process
  • Experience in utilisation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools – e.g. Salesforce.com
  • Be Proactive with a positive attitude and self-starter character
  • Experience leading a team in a sales/account management environment
  • Significant commercial/ industry B2B sales experience
  • Sound experience converting prospects to profitable new business
  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities
