  • Immediate starts, various contract lengths available
  • Rates ranging from $30ph – $45ph + super

  • Responsibilities include:

    Provide a range of administrative support across the business including;

  • Answering calls and handling incoming enquires
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • General office duties; ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Stakeholder management
  • Event Co-ordination
  • Skills & Experience

  • 2 years + experience in a similar Administration position
  • Efficient and competent in MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
