Crown are proud and excited to be partnering with the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) to deliver both culinary and guest experiences at a standard only Crown can offer. As part of the new team, we are currently looking for experienced Chef de Parties to work on-site at Flemington.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in the day to day operation as well as providing leadership, support and coaching to your allocated section. You must be highly motivated and focused, with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. 

Key Selection Criteria:

• Exposure in high volume events & conferencing or banqueting environment across multiple cuisines
• Experience in supervising a large team is advantageous
• Strong leadership and delegation skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment 
• Exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including main race days.
