What you’ll do:

  • To support the Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) business in Oceania, Account Managers and Sales Director on all commercial activities ensuring smooth and efficient management of Oceania’s business and customer requirements.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director HNC Oceania, this role is pivotal in supporting the business and market growth in Oceania alongside the sales team.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Assist the Sales Director and Sales team as required.
  • Support the Sales Director with preparation of sales data and reporting for monthly and quarterly regional business reviews involving analysis of variations to budget and monthly forecast.
  • Support the Sales Director and sales team with all yearly budgeting activities as well as reporting on budget figures and tracking.
  • Create and circulate sales reports throughout the month as required. Update regional commercial contracts tracking file monthly.
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing for all customers, alerting Account Managers on expiring pricing every month, entering of approved prices into SAP. Liaise with Customer Service team and regional commercial team to check that correct pricing is loaded and active for new customer orders. Ensure customer quotations are saved in Teams folder.
  • Coordinate customer communications on all information relevant to them including logging and communicating all product information changes, marketing activities, site audit requests and manufacturing/warehouse notifications.
  • Analyze Budget vs Actuals performance by product and customer and identify potential opportunities and gaps for Account Managers to follow up.
  • Review orders versus forecast with Account Managers monthly to identify orders to chase and demand changes to communicate with the Demand Planner accordingly.
  • Assist Account Managers in logging customer complaints in the SAP CCR system as required and ensure the complaint is closed once finalised.
  • Communicate with and understand the responsibilities of the Regulatory, Operations, Formulation and Quality Assurance teams and support the various departments with associated customer enquiries, product development and customer complaints.
  • Keep abreast of market developments, regulations and new product areas.
  • Keep abreast on commercial insights regarding all HNC ingredients and actively update the HNC Sales team with relevant and timely information.
  • Maintain and update the HNC sales folder in Teams to ensuring smooth and accurate information storage and management.
  • Actively monitor and act upon agreed KPI’s.
  • You bring:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification in nutrition or business related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate/advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, pro-active and detailed-oriented individual
  • Previous customer service or business analysis experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in a large, multi-discipline company, FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
