About the Role

Located in the heart of the hotel our Lobby Bar offers a place for our guests to meet, connect and relax.

In your role as Assistant Manager, you will be supporting the Director of Food & Beverage, through managing the day-to-day operations of the Lobby Bar including associate rosters, training, service, stock control and ordering.

This is an ideal role for a driven and experienced candidate with demonstrated restaurant and leadership experience. You will foster an open and supportive environment where your colleagues can have fun and take pride in their work whilst reaching their highest potential.

Our Ideal Candidate will Possess

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Restaurant Operations
  • Proven leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and is solution focused, with the ability to effectively problem solve
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Availability across 7 days and willing to work a rotating roster
  • A current valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
