What we are looking for
Sommelier
Experience in a wine focused role, whether a wine waiter or sommelier
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
WSET level 2 or above, or CMS equivalent 
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment 
Have full working rights
Available to work nights and weekends

Bartender
Experience working as a bartender in a restaurasnt or bar setting with a premium, seasonal cocktail list Great knowledge of cocktails and spirits
WSET qualifications desirable but not essentialExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work well under pressureHold a valid RSAHave full working rightsAvailable to work nights and weekends
