Nobu Melbourne is now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie. Your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in the day to day operation as well as providing leadership, support and coaching to your allocated section.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Chef de Partie position within a premium Japanese restaurant 
• Significant experience in Japanese Cuisine across hot and cold kitchen 
• Upmarket dining, high volume restaurants or hotel experience is highly desirable
• Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
• Demonstrated organisational, time management and delegation skills
• Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times while following HACCP procedures
