Requirements

Human Resource Manager supports the AU practice, welcoming new employees to the organisation, maintaining records and information, providing information on the payroll process, conducting and coordinating meetings, orientations and seminars related to company policies, memorandums, additional workshops, training and other employee relation events.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR full spectrum of Infosys Consulting from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support annual HR Cycle Performance Management, Salary & Bonus processes in close collaboration with APAC People and Culture Lead
  • Support Learning and Development planning and execution by working closely with Global L&D teams and business leaders.
  • Support with HR improvement activities in close collaboration with global HR teams in alignment with Corporate Infosys Consulting HR guidelines and strategy
  • Managing employee relations, which may include addressing complaints, resolving disputes, enforcing company policies and mediating employee complaints.
  • Regularly monitor the quality and effectiveness of HR processes, services and policies and initiate improvement actions whenever required.
  • Ensure compliance with Global HR regulations, processes and policies; ensure/impose fairness, equal rights & treatment for all employees irrelevant of their origin, religion, gender or cultural background; manage escalations/sanctions for defiance of such ethical standards, oppression or sexual harassment.
  • Gradually reduce the number of special cases & closely manage exceptions compliant with global HR regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and social institutions.
  • Support with planning, developing, implementing and monitoring country-specific HR solutions to support the achievement of business targets.
  • Work closely with APAC HR Head to obtain a sound understanding of prevailing/arising business needs and potential solutions.
  • Regularly communicate HR-related topics to the APAC HR Head and collaborate with Global HR
  • Actively contribute to HR & Business initiatives
  • Participate in internal and external events and position Infosys Consulting Australia as an Employer of Choice
  • Support with Monthly payroll data processing
  • Manage quarterly Australia government surveys and monthly workforce statistics for Business Leaders
  • Proficient in written and spoken communication skills.
  • 6+ years’ experience in HR
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Outlook 364, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and skills in HRIS (SAP Preferable)
  • Excellent organizational management skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.

Your requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in HR
