This role is based in their stunning Melbourne CBD offices, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements available.
About the Role…
Reporting to a delightful National HR Manager, who is also Melbourne based, and as an integral member of a supportive and collegiate HR team, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including;

  • Management of key internal client/practice groups
  • Advise and deliver HR programs and processes including performance management, coaching, recruitment, employee relations, OH&S, reporting and legislative compliance
  • Support and contribute to HR programs and new HR initiatives/projects
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Ensure all activities undertaken by HR comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards
  • You will work collaboratively with the national HR team (including working closely with other Advisors both in Melbourne and interstate and also other HR team members based in Melbourne), to originate and implement best HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises quality, productivity and the recruitment and retention of a talented workforce.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate….

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor gained within a professional services setting
  • Experience in graduate and/or seasonal clerk programs
  • Ability to liaise confidently at all levels
  • A strong client service focus
  • Strong ‘hands on’ HR style with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, positive and supportive team attitude
