Job Description

The successful applicant will be joining a highly profitable, high-performing and well-established team. As a Graduate Sales Consultant at PageGroup you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new and existing clients/business relationships.
  • Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for candidates and clients.
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
  • Offer a tailored service to meet individual needs.
  • Source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by the client.
  • Manage the process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Offer CV, interview and general career advice.

The Successful Applicant

This role is one of a few opportunities to join an experienced team that has seen significant growth over the last couple of years. The right person for the role will be someone who is a self-starter with lots of energy, you will be driven to change lives and to provide high levels of service to your clients and candidates.

To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication skills, capable of managing customer relationships and always looking to engage and grow your candidate and client network.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sales or customer facing experience.
  • The ability to influence.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Have a positive and results driven attitude.
  • Have a degree or demonstrated experience working within recruitment or sales.
