The Role

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join Swatch Group Australia (SGA) in a full-time, fixed term contract until mid-December 2023.Under the supervision of the Human Resources Officer Recruitment (HROC), the Recruitment Coordinator will provide efficient and flexible support throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate will assist with job postings, sourcing candidates via other channels, initial resume screening and shortlisting, booking interviews, candidate queries, reference checking, recruitment administration and reporting to support retail expansion across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise all new positions on internal and external job boards, as well as in other advertising media as required
  • Identify and undertake initial resume screening, filtering and shortlisting candidates from LinkedIn or Seek for further assessment by the HROC
  • Communicate details of shortlisted candidates to hiring manager
  • Coordinate and liaise with candidates and interviewers regarding interview availability for each step of the interview process
  • Perform reference checks on successful candidate prior to job offer and provide feedback to HROC and hiring manager
  • Maintain effective communication with the HROC and Payroll and Administration Officer, regarding employment contract / letter of offer preparation
  • Ensure that all contacts with the candidate are managed with utmost professionalism to promote and protect the Swatch Group’s brand reputation
  • Support stores with the coordination of in-store recruitment signage as required.
  • Forward recruitment related documents to the relevant approvers in HQ according to the approval workflow
  • Skills and Experience

  • Excellent customer service orientation, demonstrating good interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Understanding of how to apply best practice recruitment processes
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
