About the role:

We are currently seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Graduate or final year student to join our Marketing team, as we develop digital marketing campaigns to increase Rapid Global’s brand awareness, generate leads and improve the customer journey!

The Marketing Assistant will play an important role in Rapid Global’s marketing team, supporting all facets of marketing from research, planning, implementation and reporting both in traditional and digital marketing strategies.

This position offers a great opportunity for the right individual to make a difference and kick start their marketing career!  This role is offered in a permanent part time capacity (0.6 FTE), and flexibility in hours can be offered to accommodate university contact hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and carrying out digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist with brand and marketing research and planning
• Measure and report on social marketing campaigns
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
• Assist with planning and implementing PR activities across media, industry groups and professional associations

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Recently completed or final year of Tertiary degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, PR or communications
• Basic knowledge of content management systems, email platforms and social media management tools
• Strong market research practices and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly organised with an eye for detail
• The ability to work within our core business hours Monday to Friday on a permanent part-time basis (0.6 FTE)
• Currently have or are willing to apply for a police clearance
