The Role You Could Play
We’re looking for a champion Store Operations Specialist to join our VIC Melbourne Airport team on a permanent part time basis. (15 hr per week)
Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Keeping all stock managed and controlled
Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standard
Managing and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups
Ensuring store VM and appearance standards are met
Work closely with store leadership team to empower, train and develop the storeteamsperformance on store operations tasks and procedures

Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock-control and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required.
