Provide HR & Recruitment support across a national family-owned business.

  • A diverse HR role, work across all aspects of HR and recruitment.
  • Based in Adelaide’s inner northern suburbs
  • Full-time or Part-time (0.8) negotiable

About the Company:

Our client is an established family-owned manufacturing business, with branches across Australia and an international presence supporting their exports worldwide. Due to continued growth and success, an opportunity is available for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator, based in the head office in Adelaide’s inner northern suburbs. 

About the Role:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR & Recruitment Coordinator will provide general HR administration and support across the business and hold primary responsibility for all recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice on all HR and recruitment matters.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns end to end
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of HR legislation and trends and provide updates to stakeholders including the leadership team and payroll as required.
  • Coordinate all employee onboarding including employment contracts, employment paperwork and employee handbook.
  • Manage HR and WHS administration
  • Assist administration and coordination of projects as required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in running successful recruitment campaigns and knowledge of various recruitment methods.
  • Exposure to the manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
  • Strength in managing multiple priorities in a busy organisation.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with a strength in building effective relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and professional presentation of documents.
