About the Role:

Reporting into the Group Manager – Industry and Engagement, you will work closely with the operations teams to introduce new customer groups to our communities in Brisbane and regional Queensland.
This full time role involves extensive Stakeholder management, engaging local community groups and exploring all avenues for relationship opportunities that align with the sales strategy. A proven business development background & a genuine understanding of the customer journey will ensure success in keeping opportunities engaged and establish Aveo as the leader in Retirement Living Communities.

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Work with internal Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate and deliver events within the community
  • Work with external stakeholders to ensure the messages of the communities are well known and well regarded within the catchment area
  • Work with internal operations, developments, sales and marketing to ensure the teams are aligned with the sales strategy
  • Engage with customer interactions to drive new enquiry and leads
  • To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A genuine interest in the Retirement Living Sector
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience within the Communications, public relations, or sales and marketing environment
  • High level written and verbal communication
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19
