We are seeking a Monday to Friday day shift Bakery Production Team Member to support our team of qualified Pastry Chefs and Bakers here at Vilis Bakery. This role involves basic food preparation, assisting with ingredient and baking preparation, stock rotation, goods receival, and packing of products.

To be a successful candidate:

• Have previous production work experience
• Be fit and have strength as lifting is required
• Ability to provide proof of working rights (eg. Passport or Australian Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate)
• Strong focus on cleanliness
• Availability Monday to Friday Day shift/Some weekends depending on role
• Have the ability to work in a team and under pressure with a can do attitude.
• Knowledge and experience of food safety
• Able to pass a functional assessment and drug and alcohol testing

The successful applicant will ideally have previous food industry or manufacturing process experience, however, full training will be provided to the right candidate. In return we offer you a casual, ongoing opportunity that will be long term for the right person. Award rates and super paid.
