As a Premium Services Executive Host, your core purpose will be to ensure all our Premium and VIP Guests have a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectation.

Please note this is a secondment opportunity for 6 months.

About you

Proven experience within the Premium/VIP Guest Experience team
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions
Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation.
Adapting communication styles to different audiences
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the loyalty program
