The Role

This role will be supporting our Therapy and Assessment teams. This is a permanent, part-time position, 3 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Working hours will be from 9am to 5pm, working from our office in Subiaco.

To ensure outstanding customer experience, you are responsible for: –

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answering enquiries related to therapy services, and assessment services
  • Processing paperwork and invoicing necessary for therapy service provision
  • C0-ordinatig therapists’ diaries
  • Supporting team leaders with client information management and reporting
  • Support the therapy team with administrative tasks as required
  • Providing ad hoc administrative supports to therapy teams in other Patches locations
  • Working collaboratively with a network of clinical administrative staff across the organisation to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience in a private healthcare practice including reception and/or clerical roles involving customer interaction
  • Sound experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and client information databases
  • An understanding of, and experience working within the NDIS and private service delivery contexts
  • An understanding of contemporary health rebate options (E.g., Medicare, private health)
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities
  • Highly efficient and capable of working at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal manner and cross-cultural skills including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Self-motivated, flexible, friendly, empathic, responsible, and reliable

Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinations 1 & 2 plus Booster
