Senior Hr Advisor / Bp

We are looking for a candidate who has a broad range of Human Resources Experience. The role focuses on all aspects of HR including, but not limited to recruitment support, performance management, remuneration & workforce planning.
  
Key responsibilities:

• First point of contact to provide advice to managers and key stakeholders on all HR-related matters including employment legislation, employment contracts, and awards
• Preparation of monthly HR reporting for internal, board and client meetings
• Oversee the workforce planning function and maintain control of the volume and levels of recruitment required.
• Maintain and ensure compliance of HR regulations and procedures.
• Advising on performance management practices
• Recommending and delivering HR strategies and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Provision of support and input to tenders and EOI’s with regards to HR and people management
• Coordinating Company communications and events

  
What you will bring:

• Proven experience in human resources with a comprehensive knowledge of generalist HR activities
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Experience working within Mining/Resources and/or construction, manufacturing or similar
• Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice
• Experience with coordinating workers compensation claims and the rehabilitation/RTW process
• Ability to interpret various awards and legislation
• A solid understanding of the Fair Work Act
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
