Chief Technology Officer

Talent International have teamed up with one of our client’s who has an exciting opportunity for a leader to join their business as their new Chief Technology Officer .

As a key member of their Executive Leadership Team, you will be focused on managing their technology deliverables and managing a global team.

The CTO leads the teams working on platforms, data, service design, service operations, and product engineering. The cross-functional capabilities include architecture, business analysis, data management and software engineering. In setting technology direction, the CTO directs the reference models, standards, policies, and principles, using technology to optimise efficiencies and enhance experiences and services for stakeholders. The incoming CTO will own and operationalise the technology strategy and roadmap, adapting to address evolving business and product priorities.

Furthermore, the preferred person will be open and willing to travel internationally and able to relocate to other offices overseas to help guide and manage their resources for a period of time. Travel and relocation is fully supported by our client, you will be looked after.
