An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic, full-service marketing and digital team, specialising in Medical Device Marketing.

What does the role entail?

• Maintain consistent and effective communication
• Develop and update marketing and digital resources
• Work collaboratively with the Business Units, Regulatory Team and Marketing & Digital Management Team to ensure all work meets both Branding and ANZ & Asia Market Regulatory compliance standards
• Work closely with internal teams to support commercial, digital and business projects and requirements
• Run and manage the Business Marketing Approval process and platform that the Marketing and Digital team use
• Manage the concept reviews and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
• Conduct Internal Marketing and Digital training on areas of responsibility and expertise
• Use and help manage the Marketing Technology platforms utilised by the Marketing and Digital Team and work to optimise processes and activities

Experience required:

• Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel experience (intermediate)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a clear project plan and timeline
• Minimum one to two years’ experience in a sales or marketing-related role
