Our client an Australian-owned restaurant chain is looking for a Digital Performance Manager on a contract basis.
They have a huge vision over the next 3 years with the view to open 20 new stores year on year.
You will help shape the capability to monitor our performance and productivity of digital transactions and user interactions, all while ensuring we are creating meaningful digital storytelling experiences.

The performance Manager will lead, implement and execute digital performance strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention and develop industry-leading digital marketing strategies to maximize channel performance and eCommerce ROI.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage paid media across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, and retargeting networks, including daily optimization in line with Marketing & Digital calendar.
  • Manage execution of all performance marketing campaigns, including 3rd party agencies on ad creative, performance improvements and budget allocations
  • Manage monthly KPIs, ensuring paid ad investment delivers to planned ROI
  • Work cross functionally to develop and execute paid media campaigns and ensure all activities are aligned with broader marketing campaigns
  • Provide campaign reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage eCommerce KPIs tracking and growth via full-funnel performance reporting
  • Lead construction of an omnichannel marketing / eComms funnel architecture, ensuring cross-channel customer awareness, acquisition and attribution.
  • Create a suite of reporting and dashboards for a diverse group of internal stakeholders to provide visibility of key performance metrics.
  • Ensure organic traffic is maximised and optimised by implementing best practice SEO methodologies based on internal or external auditing
  • Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategies for organic and paid channels

Key Skills You’ll have:

  • 5 Years + Experience in a similar role, with an interest in the Food / Hospitality industry
  • Expert understanding of building and implementing digital campaigns across SEM,remarketing, affiliates; leveraging partnerships
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyse and report quantitative and qualitative data
  • Previous experience owning and leading a program within digital performance.
  • Strong demonstration of producing of ROI and what channel mix can drive certain metrics
  • Previous experience working with large
    omnichannel budgets
  • Ability to think holistically from an omnichannel perspective

This role is based in Melbourne and requires 4 days a week in the office.
  
This is an immediate start role; on a Contract basis, with a view to going permanent.
