An extremely exciting opportunity is currently available for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to join an international SaaS based company, that has been established for the last 8 years, offering seamless academic credential management platform tools to higher education providers

They provide learners, academic institutions and employers the ability to innovate, request, verify and share transcripts, diplomas, and other credentials in a simple and secure way. 

The Role:

As the Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will be targeting market sectors  outside of the US, you are responsible for the full customer lifecycle and a successful buyer journey for your product portfolio, including creating the GTM strategy and crafting the messaging and positioning around your
products. You’ll work closely with the Executive, Product, Sales, and Marketing
teams to develop innovative marketing strategies and content that engage with
your audiences.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and
translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. This position will report
directly to the Manager of Portfolio Marketing, Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the solutions/audiences in EMEA are supported with well-informed and innovative marketing programmes, which effectively deliver a return on the marketing investment.
  • Drive and create the GTM / B2B marketing strategy. Think 3-5 years ahead and have the ability to focus on the here and now, as well as long term outcomes. 
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills to ensure the marketing programmes support the businesses overall objectives.
  • Manage your own workload and prioritise multiple requests from various parts of the business.
  • Ensure integration amongst all marketing activity planned across the region, whether by an audience, product or geography
  • Become an advocate for the brand to ensure all marketing activities are aligned and support the overall company brand
  • Be the expert on buyers: why they buy, how they buy, and their buying criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capability to work across multiple teams to deliver the best results
  • Adapt, learn quickly and be resourceful, reflect on mistakes and be outcomes led.
  • Be innovative and creative to bring new insights to the team
  • 3+ years of B2B / tech / SaaS based strategic marketing experience
  • High performing team player
  • Enterprise/B2B strategic marketing experience highly desirable
  • Education tech experience desirable
  • Excellent Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems, such as Seismic or Highspot,
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

You need to have:

  • Ability to brief events, creative and digital teams effectively
  • Ability to drive lead generation and campaign management
  • Ability to multitask in a time pressure environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Managers, and the internal marketing teams
  • Strong product and solution writing skills as well as presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to travel 25% Internationally to the UK and America
