    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our eBooks and Online Resources sales team serving Australia and New Zealand. Your role will involve communication of information on our products and services to customers and prospects, attendance at professional meetings and conferences and in-person client visits across the territory. You will be part of the team responsible for the sales and promotion of eBooks and Online resources within the region, reporting to the Online Resources Sales Manager, ANZ (Books) and will assist in achieving local and global sales targets and objectives.

    What you will be doing:

    Help us progress human progress through knowledge! As a  Sales Support Coordinator , you will aid in our mission by…

  • Generating reports that assist in sales analysis and account management (eBook entitlement reports, RADAR reports, Salesforce reports ,MARC Records, Title lists etc.)
  • Handling customer service enquiries, orders and troubleshoot customer service problems
  • Providing after sales care by sending weekly and monthly license updates, usage, denials and MARC records for key clients and sales agents on an ongoing basis
  • Providing administrative support to the ANZ Sales Department
  • Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Interest in academic publishing

  • This role is open to candidates in all locations across Australia and requires the right to live and work in Australia .
  • Flexible working is offered with this role (be that remote, in the office or hybrid), however  occasional  travel within ANZ and occasional travels to the wider APAC region  for internal meetings may be required
