    About the role

    The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, acheiving targets and building an engaged workforce. Supported by the area manager, you will pro-actively develop, drive and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity such as VIP events. On a day to day basis, you will lead, maintain and work to ensure strong relationships in a team of staff and volunteers by offering ongoing coaching and support.

    What you will bring

  • Strong retail management experience
  • Previous experience in fashion retail – particularly vintage or recycled goods
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets 
  • A confident and experienced approach to managing large numbers of paid staff and volunteers
  • Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends
  • Strong sales and customer service acumen
