As we trade 7 days a week, this role will require you to be available to work across early mornings, evenings and full weekends. Key responsibilities Your responsibilities Key responsibilities As the Goods Flow Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

•Working in conjunction with the Logistics leadership team to secure and execute a secure living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow process.
•Leading and monitoring the flow of goods as well as a safe and efficient logistics operation to enable a seamless customer experience and accurate stock availability.
•Actively contributing to the creation of the store business plan and converting business plan goals into clear logistic actions and implementations within the goods flow area.
•Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibilities to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
•Taking an active role in securing the co-operation of the commercial team in your store to maximise commercial opportunities. We use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimising costs. This is one department always challenging effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers all with the end goal of working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA!
