Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking competent Gardeners and landscapers located in the South East Suburbs

The role:

Our property teams have become extremely busy during the warmer months. Programmed are looking for enthusiastic people that enjoy working outdoors. Environments range from university grounds to age care homes.

About your new role:

• Trimming edges, laying turf, pruning trees, mowing lawns, sowing, planting, weeding, spreading fertilizer, clearing shrubs, and trimming hedges.
• Use of basic machinery such as mowers and whipper snippers
• Occasional sweeping and cleaning of paths, gutters, and drains.
• General landscaping, gardening, and overall grounds maintenance work
• Overtime penalty rates

About you:

• Experience in a similar environment desirable
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle highly desirable
• At Least 2 references from previous roles (Team leaders, leading hands, Project managers etc)
• Physically fit to lift to 10kgs
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Self- motivated
• Safety focused
