EY DnA is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors. We are looking for a seasoned product manager who will be responsible for delivering the success of building a product suite for EY. This includes product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, helping the team to transition prioritised product requirements to the actual products, defining the product vision, and working closely with global engineering, client leadership and marketing & communications to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

  • Experience developing complete product offering from early-stage research and ideation, to implementation and iteration.
  • Demonstrated experience with go to market strategy & execution, strategic marketing and comms, product iteration and management of the entirety of product development cycle.
  • Experience in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Enforce product governance structures and compliance activities to maintain internal product development compliance and standards
  • Cultivates and builds relationships across business & IT and industry to gather intelligence and bring insight about the wider enterprise picture and enable the leveraging of emerging industry standards and approaches within EY
  • Oversees the development and implementation of an ongoing communication plan to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Product Management
  • Develops technical requirements for features balancing needs of the functional requirements, timelines, and resourcing
  • Sets and monitors product goals and assess overall performance of teams utilizing Agile reporting
  • Receives general direction from leader of the Product Architecture & Technology Strategy group

The minimum salary for this role is AUD $90,000 inclusive of 10.5% superannuation and dependent on skills and experience.
