Job Description

Permanent full-time / part time position based in Mandurah 

  • $59,389 per annum plus super and salary packaging
  • Option to Salary Package up to $18,550 to reduce taxable income
  • Flexible working arrangements – including working from home

Avivo work in partnership with people who need individualised support to live at home due to disability, aged and mental health; to plan, coordinate and provide supports and services they choose to live their life.

As an Assistant Coordinator, you will ensure the accurate flow of information to the Mentor, Resource Team, Support Workers and our Customers within the Peel Coast teams .

There’s no ‘typical day’ but it may include: 

  • Talking with the Customers about their needs and wants
  • Coordinating rosters and schedules of support, data entry
  • Organising supports at short notice
  • Receiving, directing and managing communications
  • Working collaboratively with all teams at Avivo
  • Assisting support staff with tasks related to operating AlayaCare

About you:

  • You have the demonstrated ability to organise and plan daily and weekly administrative activities
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to all people
  • Experience in scheduling or rostering preferably in community services
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Well-developed Computer and Smart Phone literacy skills
