Chefs are the heart of Crown Perth offering exquisite culinary delights to our guests. Being the largest employer in WA for Chefs we know just how much hard work it takes in the kitchen to produce a dish that will leave our guests wanting to come back for more.
We have 33 restaurants and bars offering a large variety of cuisines for you to experience cooking while also providing endless growth opportunities for our employees.

• Commis Chef – Atrium (FT) Multi-Cuisine Buffet

• Commis Chef – Epicurean (PT) Multi Cuisine Buffet

• Commis Chef- Merrywell (PT) Pub Style A la Carte

• Commis Chef -Nobu (FT) Japanese 

• Commis Chef- Crystal Club (PT) Canapes /Fine dining

• Commis Chef – Pastry (FT)

• Commis Chef – Crown Towers Perth’s guest rooms (FT)

• Commis Chef- CMP (PT)

• Commis Chef – Banquets (FT)

• Commis Chef – Commissary (PT)

Selection Criteria:

•  An eye for excellence and attention to detail

• Ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays

• Specialty in Western/Asian and Japanese cuisine will be highly regarded

• Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery

• Experience working across various sections will be highly regarded
