The Business

Retirement Living is one of Australia’s largest owners, operators, and developers of retirement living communities, with a current portfolio of 75+ villages. Retirement Living has a national footprint with over 13,000 homes and 17,000 residents calling our villages home. 

It’s an exciting time to join our Retirement Living business. In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service. 

The Role

We are currently seeking a highly competent Office Manager to provide tenancy and administrative support to our new offices nationally. Your role will include:

  • Coordinating services such as Maintenance, Mailroom, Cleaning, Housekeeping and Security for our newly set up offices nationally

  • General Administrative duties and catering requests

  • Build & Maintain relationships with stakeholders – VIP’s, guests, contractors and building operational staff

  • Onboarding of new staff members in Victoria

  • Maintenance of meeting rooms and ICT equipment

  • Coordinate training and maintain the register for First Aid and Fire Wardens

  • Your Background

  • Property Management and client service industry experience is advantageous

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position within a fast paced, and dynamic environment

  • Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong Microsoft and Outlook Suite skills

  • Proactive attitude, collaborative nature and strong communication skills

  • Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently

  • Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
