Randstad have lots of exciting positions for an experienced and eager individual whose highly motivated and enthusiastic with Administration skills. If you have previously worked within the health sector or medical field as an administrator or Receptionist, we have so many opportunities or you.

Randstad is a preferred supplier for a number of State Government departments and has a variety of temporary assignments available. We recruit roles for The WA State Government Health Departments like; Receptionist, Outpatient clerks, Customer Service officers, Admissions Clerk, Business support officers, Data entry administrators etc….many possibility for you.

Locations: Nedlands, Osborne Park, Perth CBD, East Perth, Subiaco & more.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Initiate, coordinate and process appointment bookings, cancellations, follow up and waitlist requests.
  • Arrange clinic appointments taking into consideration specific patient needs or departmental constraints.
  • Manage reception and telephone enquiries. Receive, redirect and screen telephone calls as required.
  • Strong background in customer service to help patients and co-workers in a professional manner.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Relevant experience in a clerical support environment.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with accurate keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Provide a high level of customer care to all service users
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • COVID Vaccinations up to date.

  • HE number
  • Open to full time and part time hours (4 day working week)
  • Health Sector experience
  • Webpass database knowledge
