  • What you will be doing:

    In this hands on role, you will lead, mentor and motivate your team, ensuring we deliver professional, efficient and friendly service, all while assisting the team to achieve their professional goals.

    Your daily mission will include:

  • Assist with the smooth running of F&B department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout 
  • Lead, mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
  • Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
  • Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, dietaries and special requirements.
  • Assist in induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews. 
  • Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift
  • Your experience, skills and qualifications include:

    You will ideally have previous experience as a F&B Supervisor, or a Team Leader ready for their next step and looking to work in a larger operation. Plus:

  • Excellent communication skills, with a people-centred mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading a successful team.
  • Hold a valid and current RSA in SA
  • Someone who can think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights and weekends.
  • Someone who can lead by example and is hands on and can build a sense of fun in the workplace.
  • Above all, someone who is motivated to taken full ownership of the role and progress with the company.
