  • Working directly with managers, on a key project to launch a new part of the business – culminating in go live and ongoing running and growth

  • We have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the team at S Connect. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-performance team environment and profit centre performance through sustainable revenue generation support & ownership.

    The Opportunity – About the Role

  • Contribute to the delivery of ‘world-class’ experience to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and support the team who are responsible for a key growth area taking S Connect across all of Stockland
  • Ownership of the foundation and roll out of the systems and processes created to support this new part of the business
  • Creating and managing asset maps, collateral, bookings, booking confirmations & customer data in database systems with accuracy.
  • Ability to create/manage collateral and high quality presentations in Powerpoint
  • Accurately maintain and update sales systems, processes & reports.
  • Enhance Stockland’s leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
  • Participate in teamwork in a manner that creates the environment where people excel.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with other areas of the business, both within the Retail Business and more broadly at Stockland.
  • Contribute to Stockland’s positive reputation as a trustworthy, moral and ethical organisation with which customers want to do business.
  • Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements.
  • About You

  • 18-24+ months assistant or coordinator experience
  • Experience/competence with database & CRM systems, strong experience in excel and powerpoint
  • Experience in presenting himself/herself/they in a professional sales environment
  • Exposure to contract and legal administration, project support
  • Proven application of basic sales and marketing techniques
  • Customer focus and results oriented
  • Superior organisational skills and time-management
