As a ResMed Graduate you will gain real world experience in product development and manufacturing whilst participating as a team member within larger projects, but also leading your own initiatives and smaller projects.

Let’s talk about the role:

Graduate Rotation:

A two-year program that offers you the opportunity to kick start your engineering career through exposure to various parts of the business in a range of disciplines and to gain technical knowledge in the development of a medical solution.

You will complete 4 rotations of 6 months each. Such rotations will be determined from the following (but not limited to): Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Management and Manufacturing.

Specialist Appointment:

In addition to our graduate rotation program, ResMed also hires graduates directly to specific teams, many of those outlined above. If you have a particular passion and are seeking to excel in a chosen discipline, this could be the path for you.

Our aim is to provide a professionally fulfilling and supportive introduction into the world of engineering. Individual development plans will be used to drive career success and mentoring programs are available.

You will have opportunity to develop a network of peers and forge professional relationships where you can support each other throughout your careers.

You hold a Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Design or Science

Related work or study experience is advantageous
