Job Description

Reporting to the GM Human Resources Manager, your role will include:

• Partner with the business and develop effective working relationships with management, providing HR advice and expertise to support their departmental objectives
• Learning and Development Programs, including compliance training
• Employee counselling, grievance and disciplinary procedures, employee exits
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Remuneration reviews, benchmarking and documentation (including but not limited to the annual remuneration review process)
• Undertake a number of HR level projects as an ongoing requirement of the role to ensure continuous improvement across the organisation
• Recruitment, Selection and induction (including permanent, temporary, casual, fixed term and external contractor engagement)

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking candidates with 2+ year’s experience who have a genuine passion for business partnering. They will have strong communication/stakeholder engagement, demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
