The HR advisor role is the first point of contact for all employee queries. You will be working in a fun, inclusive and high paced environment with other passionate HR professionals. This role is available across our AEMO offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. What you will be doing Supporting our talented recruitment team with writing job adverts and scheduling interviews Play a key role in delivering an engaging experience across the employee life cycle. From creating letter of offers, managing the onboarding, cross-boarding, initiating learning and development activities. Updating our HR Information systems to ensure they reflect the people changes Talking to our employees by providing advice on HR processes and policies Working with the broader HR Services team to implement best practices in employee experience Does this sound like you? A superb multi-tasker- previous experience managing multiple agendas Loves systems.
