Located over three levels at East Melbourne and two levels in Pascoe Vale, Sinclair Dermatology is the largest dermatology centre in Victoria, Australia, treating more than 50,000 patients a year. For over 20 years, it has been Professor Sinclair’s vision to provide a world-class centre of excellence that offers an integrated service for dermatological patients, doctors and researchers.

About the role:

  • Full time or part-time (0.8 FTE)
  • Based in East Melbourne – 5 min walk from Jolimont Station
  • WFH flexible 1 day per week
  • $80 – 120K (commensurate to experience)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with specialists and fellows to create schedules in systems (ZedMed and HotDoc) across two sites
  • Implement Tyro roll out
  • Assist with financial administration (Medicare and health fund batching)
  • Assist with patient relations
  • Implement best practice to streamline efficiencies

Who we are looking for:

  • A problem-solving systems professional who has experience with large scale scheduling (hospitals, superclinics etc)
  • Experience with HotDoc and ZedMed (or other comparable medical software)
  • A team player that thrives in busy, collaborative environments
