You will…

Use your passion for cruise to curate unique and innovative cruise holiday packages.

Foster new and grow existing supply partner relationships – including cruise lines, hotels, land DMCs and touring operators.

Negotiate exclusive market offers with supply partners to deliver an innovative cruise holiday package range across global destinations.

Manage the lifecycle of cruise holiday packages to ensure that they effectively deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both MyCruises and supply partners.

Develop product strategies designed to deliver and grow both TTV & commission.

Manage relationships with internal partners via a variety of communication channels.

Work closely with cruise sales team, after sales team & training to develop staff’s understanding of the key customer benefits of cruise holiday package offerings.
