Store And Supply Assistant

The role:

We have an amazing opportunity for a Store & Supply Assistant. This rewarding position will be permanent full time, working 38 hours per week however, part time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

The role requires an independent worker, who can support all hospital departments by ensuring adequate stock levels at all times. Tasks include (but are not limited to) the ordering, scanning and goods receipting of consumables and prostheses as well as the unpacking and distribution of incoming goods.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, and have the opportunity to work closely with staff members of other departments, supplier representatives and service providers. A high level of customer service is expected.

Your skills and experience:

As an outstanding Store & Supply Assistant you are a master at organising stores and supplying the whole hospital.

Your skills will include:

• Experience in or willingness to learn warehouse management
• Ability to work with a scanner
• Effective team player
• Maintains a helpful and courteous manner
• Experience working in a customer service role and working with electronic data systems (e.g. Microsoft Office)

REMUNERATION:
Classification/Grade: $31.21 + salary packaging + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
