Our catering division Total Catering Solutions (TCS) is one of the leading Cook – Chill / Cook Freeze and Extended shelf-life food manufacturers in Perth, Western Australia. 

Located in a Bassendean in a purpose-built facility, TCS utilises modern high tech production equipment and the latest technology in computer systems and software packages specifically designed for the food manufacturing industry.

THE ROLE

The role on the Receptionist is to provide high quality customer service in a helpful and professional manner in all areas of office administration.

This is a part-time 30-hour Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 2:30pm per week role.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Processing of creditors invoices when applicable
  • Maintenance of records and inputting / updating data using IT systems
  • Processing of customer orders and produce relevant paperwork
  • Manage all day to day enquires and administration tasks
  • Produce and apply production labels as required
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Provide administration support to other areas in the TCS office as required
  • ABOUT YOU

    The successful candidate will professional respond to all Receptionist queries whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Strong interpersonal and highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Professional and friendly personality and with a “can do” attitude
  • Essential Criteria

  • Evidence of COVID-19 and 2022 Flu vaccinations
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite experience
  • Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire and references
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Experienced in record management (desirable)
