Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day to day business requirements and providing talent search and interview support along with managing customer relationships (clients and candidates) and the satisfactory delivery of our recruitment service. You are accountable for proactive client and candidate management, driving our service with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.   As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions.  

The role:

• Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual quotas.
• Accurately identify client/candidate requirements incline with job criteria, location, salary, skill set and qualifications.
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Assist with sourcing candidates using databases as required
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview phone screening
• Match the most suitable candidates to positions
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Assist with quality and compliance eg ensure all licenses, qualifications, vaccination records, reference checks, medicals, police checks are uploaded to CRM.
• Assist with arranging medicals as required
• Provide administration support to the Director as required.
• Maintain company database

• Ability to identify client needs and deliver appropriate candidate
• Results driven
• Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships
• Strong computer skills including Salesforce and Microsoft
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong desire to succeed professionally
• Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
• Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
• Commitment to your role and career
