We require a Project Manager who manages day to day task of the project team for the end to end delivery of project. You will be reporting to NPD Program Manager and proactively provide a practical solutions to roadblocks to deliver the projects on time, within budget, to high quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate project plans including timelines, resource mapping,
  • Adhering to budgets and delivering to strict deadlines
  • Generate and maintain risk logs throughout the product development cycle
  • Communicate and understand information from developers, design professionals, consultants, contractors, and other key internal and external stakeholders
  • Streamline the project communication across the team through the delivery of projects from briefing through to production in a fast-paced product development environment
  • Ensuring all projects uphold a high standard of functional and technical performance – in line with the RØDE brand
  • Use cross platform online project management and create necessary and accurate documentation

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Software and firmware project experience using Atlassian apps (Asana, Confluence Slack)
  • Experience in consumer electronics or related field
  • Experience or understanding in waterfall and agile methodology, in particular Agile Stage Gate process
  • Adaptive and flexible to evolving demands and priority shift
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environment and various projects at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to all internal and external stakeholders
